High-Impact Ceramic-Rubber Composite Chute Liners for Heavy Mining Applications

PRODUCT DETAILS

Product Description

Eliminate severe material wear, noise, and costly chute blockages with our High-Impact Ceramic-Rubber Composite Chute Liners. Built specifically for harsh mining bulk handling environments, these wear plates combine the extreme hardness of high-alumina ceramic tiles with the energy-absorbing resilience of a vulcanized rubber matrix. Backed by a heavy-duty steel plate with stud bolts, they install quickly to protect high-impact transfer points from ore, rock, and slurry wear.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Dual-Action Wear & Impact Protection: Ultra-hard ceramic surfaces (≥ 9 Mohs) handle high sliding abrasion, while the vulcanized rubber cushion absorbs violent impacts from large material drop heights.
  • Bolt-On Modular Installation: Pre-welded threaded studs or counterbore holes allow fast, secure, and safe replacement directly onto chute steel structures.
  • Prevents Material Buildup: Smooth surface finish reduces friction, preventing material sticking, clogging, and carryback in wet or sticky transfer chutes.
  • Noise & Vibration Reduction: Rubber backing dampens structural vibrations and significantly reduces operational noise levels in handling plants.
  • Versatile Formats: Available with planar tiles, hex tiles, cylinder ceramics, or ZTA (Zirconia Toughened Alumina) for extreme impact conditions.
