Instruction

In order to make the ceramic rollers to achieve the ideal using effects ,extend the service life, please refer to the following instructions:

1) Before using the new roller should be placed in the kiln crown to dry 24 hours or more (60-80℃).

2) The roller coated with paint should be placed in the kiln crown to dry more than 72 hours.

3) Replace rollers ,should be promptly, fast, at the same time rotate the rollers.

4) The rollers from the medium or high temperature zone ,to avoid exposure to cold items ,should be placed in the bracket with asbestos cushion and maintain the spin state below 600℃.

5) The roller surface with small area glaze particles will affect the thermal shock resistance ,so it should be cleaned regularly,

6) Substandard raw materials fuel should be used cautious because it will erode the roller.
